9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

9.2 Content Accuracy Disclaimer

While we work hard to ensure accuracy:

  • AI provider APIs change frequently — fixes that work today may not work tomorrow
  • Error behavior varies by provider, model version, region, and account tier
  • Code examples are tested at time of publication but may become outdated
  • We do not guarantee that any fix will resolve your specific error
  • Always verify solutions against official provider documentation
  • Test any code before deploying to production

9.3 Live Status Disclaimer

Our live status monitoring is a best-effort service. It may show inaccurate status due to detection lag, false positives, or provider status page delays. Do not rely solely on our status pages for production decisions — always cross-reference with official provider status pages.

9.4 No Professional Advice

AI Error Hub content is for informational purposes only. Nothing on our website constitutes professional engineering, legal, financial, or business advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI ERROR HUB, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater). Since AI Error Hub is free, this practically limits our liability to $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Error Hub and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms

12.2 Terms Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do:

  • We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • For material changes, we'll notify newsletter subscribers via email
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
  • Provisions that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) remain in effect
  • You may still access publicly available content on the site

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15.5 Force Majeure
